UNI 7697

The current rule has the purpose of establishing the criteria for choosing the glasses to use both for interiors and exteriors.

Regarding the interior doors, panels to be used in situation of potential hazard can be differently tempered or laminated; in both cases the glass panels are safe.

EN 12600

It refers to the resistance to shocks caused by human impact (tempered or laminated glass).

UNI EN 12150

It refers to the safety and thermal tempered glass.
The regulation treats the evaluation of conformity and control of the production of flat, safety and thermal tempered glass for building.
Moreover it specifies characteristics related to tolerances, planarity, working edges,
fragmentation, and also to physical and mechanical aspects of flat, monolithic, safety, thermal tempered glasses for building.
It deregulates therefore the technical-physical characteristics of tempered glass.
